This raw food is very tasty to my picky Beagle. She jumps around the kitchen waiting for it to rehydrate in the bowl. I REALLY like the “nugget” form of the food. It’s so much better than another brand we tried that is basically powder with a few chunks of dry meat in the bag. It’s easy to scoop out of the bag, and easy to mix with a little warm water to put on my dog’s kibble. I like that the ingredients are all organic meat, which is something I have learned that should help a dog live a longer and healthier life. The cost is really overwhelming though. It’s probably not going to be a sustainable way to feed my dog, unfortunately. But it’s great food!

The bag usually has about half intact discs, and half powdered discs when we receive them so after we go through all the discs I use a 1/4 cup and mix them with water. It’s not a big deal. Sometimes I empty the remaining powder into a jar for easier access. It’s a little pricey but I find the cost worth the peace of mind that my dog is eating and is getting something nutritious.

It is the greatest natural food I have found as my Bichon has recurring bladder struvite stones and it seems to be the best food that helps her keep her PH in a steady place. We just add some chopped-up boiled chicken to it and water…
We give the same to our second Bichon because it is that good, she doesn’t have a bladder issue. They both love it a real lot.
We buy 2 bags at a time. They each get 3/4 of a cup, add chicken and water., We give them half of it for lunch and the other half for dinner;
We had to buy special bowls to slow them down when eating it as they were gulping and getting air pockets which made them throw up. So now the new bowls (which we got on Amazon) slow them down and they are much healthier eating. They are 10 and 11 years old.

I believe this is the best dog food ever! The proof is in my pups! Both are Boston Terriers a bit over 1-year-old. Both were given this food at 8 weeks. My veterinarian said to me if I had to have a poster of the healthiest Boston Terriers these two would be the ones on the poster!
